Managing Director

Claire Field was the Managing Director of Contact Care UK Limited and now runs Claire Field Consultancy which specialises in providing supervision of contact in a safe, welcoming environment where children and families can be brought together. Claire has an impressive reputation for supporting and advising parents going through separation or divorce, and has built up an impeccable service working alongside public and private law proceedings. Claire’s passion and commitment is clearly evident by the professionals, clients and children she works with.

Gemma Miller

Gemma Miller

Office Manager

Gemma has extensive experience working with the public and effectively communicating with people at times when they are under pressure and vulnerable. She originally qualified as a Chef in the late 1990’s following which she progressed to the role of Assistant Manager of a restaurant. She worked as a System Support Analyst in the retail sector and as a successful negotiator for two regional Estate Agents. Since 2008 Gemma has been performing the role as Office Manager in the Social Care sector; initially working for Contact Care and in her current post for Claire Field Consultancy Limited.

As Office Manager, Gemma is responsible for organising appointments, problem solving within the office environment and most importantly providing the support and advice for clients as the point of first contact within the Company.

Stephen Taylor

Consultant

As a front line practitioner, Stephen has over thirty five years’ experience dealing with conflict, trauma and crisis within family settings. Supporting parents and children through some of the most difficult times in their lives. Stephen has worked with Claire Field for over five years, and firmly believes that the unique qualities of the Parenting Apart Programme reduces conflict, allowing parents to form a new working relationship in order to achieve better outcomes for their children. Stephen is currently completing a BSc (Hons) Health and Social Care (Childhood and Family studies).

Social Media Consultant

As a manager within the creative and commercial industries for over 20 years, Indy has national and international experience supporting creative innovation, experiential projects and events, building communication strategies and delivering high quality projects across sectors. Offering a powerful blend of experience and enthusiasm, with excellent communication skills, a calm and focused approach, and an absolute commitment to achieving results on time and within budget for projects large and small.

Indy manages all the social media for Claire Field Consultancy.

Rebecca Hanson

Contact Supervisor & Parenting Apart Programme Support Worker

A social sciences graduate and mother of three with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with both adults and children. A good team player, I also enjoy opportunities to work independently. Excellent organisational and time keeping skills, I am well practiced at handling matters of a confidential and sensitive nature and dealing with these appropriately. An excellent listener, I also have the ability to calm volatile situations and motivate individuals to find positive pathways forward. Ambitious and energised by new challenges, I strive to practice in an anti-oppressive manner at all times, respecting professional and personal confidentiality boundaries.

Catherine Price

Programme Co-Ordinator

An experienced leader with a strong history of health and public sector work within the NHS and local authority. With a background in the coordination and delivery of services and a proven track record in leading a team to ensure services are fully implemented.
With strong negotiation skills, the ability to influence and persuade and vast experience of developing positive professional relationships with multi-disciplinary teams and partner organisations; along with the ability for robust independent work including excellent organisation, communications and IT skills.

Simon Charles

Clinical Supervisor

My work has mainly involved working with Children and Adults with Disabilities (Physical and Learning Disabilities). As a Social Worker I have also worked with Older People and Adults with Mental Health problems. I have worked closely with Commissioners and have been an integral part of the development of services within the positions that I have held.

I am able to work as part of a team, but also show initiative and work independently where required. I have good communication skills, and utilise these to nurture and develop the Staff that I have had management responsibility for.
